ak778's Commitment to Responsible and Safe Gaming
Sports and entertainment should be a source of joy — ak778 ensures that every player has the opportunity to play safely, with awareness and in control.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online betting and casino gaming is a legitimate form of entertainment — but it stays enjoyable only when you participate consciously and within your own limits. ak778 believes that every player has the right to a safe and positive experience.
Problem gambling is a serious matter that can affect a person's financial situation, family relationships, and mental health. That is why we have provided tools and information on our platform to help you review your gaming habits and seek support when needed.
Remember: Gambling is never a guaranteed source of income. It is entirely for entertainment — always bet only what you can afford to lose.
ak778's services are available only to those aged 21 or above. Minors are not permitted to use our platform under any circumstances. If an underage person can access your account or device, please keep it secured.
Our Protection Tools and Features
Set Deposit Limits
You can set a maximum deposit amount for yourself on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it cannot be exceeded — keeping your budget fully under control.
Time-Out Break
If you feel you need a short break, you can temporarily suspend your account for a set period — 24 hours, one week, or one month. You will not be able to log in during that time.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life, contact us — we will help you close your account for an extended period or permanently.
Age Verification (21+)
We verify the user's age at the time of registration. Only individuals aged 21 or above can create and use an account on ak778.
Loss Limit
Betting is stopped once your losses reach a specified amount — you can set this amount yourself. This protects you from spending beyond your means.
24/7 Support
Our live chat is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any questions or support related to responsible gaming. Support is available in both Bengali and English.
Recognise the Signs of Problem Gaming
If you notice any of the following traits in yourself or someone you know, it is time to seek support. This is not a sign of weakness — it is a sign of self-awareness.
Placing more bets after a loss in an attempt to win back that money.
Hiding or lying to family or friends about gambling.
Repeatedly trying to stop gambling but failing each time.
Betting with money meant for urgent needs — such as rent, food, or education expenses.
Feeling restless, irritable, or mentally uncomfortable when unable to play.
Spending excessive time gambling while neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities.
Continuously increasing the amount wagered — in order to feel the same excitement.
If you recognise one or more of the signs above, please contact ak778's support team. We are ready to help without judgement.
